摘要
Abstract
Due to the phenomenon that there are large energy consumption and multi varieties in the ceramic spray tower workshop,a kind of energy efficiency optimization scheduling problem of multi species and non identical parallel machines are put forward,which have considered the energy consumption cost and tardiness cost.what’ s more, a scheduling model based on energy consumption cost and tardiness cost as objective function is established. Then, a new batch partition scheme based on product requirement is proposed and a variety of scheduling strategies based on heuristic rules are proposed.Finally, the combined heuristic algorithm which combined batch partition strategy and scheduling strategy is used to solve the model,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is analyzed and compared by simulation experiments.关键词
