电梯超载保护装置检测新方法
New Method to Test Overload Protection Device of Elevator
摘要
Abstract
The working principle of the overload signal collecting device for the elevator floor was analyzed and the mathematical model was established for the elevator car installed with linear deformation shock pad. The law of distance changes between the floor center and the lower beam under different loads was analyzed with FEM software Workbench. A method of examining elevator overload protecting function whether effective was presented which could calculate the distance changing value under heavy load according to the distance changing value under light load. The data of model and test indicated that examining the overload protection device with this method was equivalent to the normal overloading test. The theory basis for developing this kind of overload protecting device was provided in the paper. The massive weights do not need to be transported when examining the overload protecting device,the testing efficiency is raised and the testing cost and labor intensity are lowered.关键词
