The research on effect of applying Knowledge Visualization in science and technology museums：A case study of Shanghai Science & Technology Museum“A Journey Inside”exhibition

Abstract
Based on the theoretical framework of Knowledge Visualization, this paper takes Shanghai Science&Technology Museum“A Journey Inside”exhibition as an example, to study the applications of Knowledge Visualization from types of knowledge, motive, and format and the effects from scientific interests, scientific career identity, scientific knowledge and science reasoning in science &technology museums. The investigations found that the application of Knowledge Visualization helps exhibition stimulate scientific interests, promote the acquisition of scientific knowledge, but the effect in enhancing scientific reasoning abilities, and scientific career identity is not obvious.关键词
