充足磷钾供应下大白菜产量和品质对氮素形态的响应
Yield and Quality of Chinese Cabbage Response to Nitrogen Forms under Adequate Supply of Phosphorus and Potassium

Abstract
A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of deferent forms of nitrogen (N) (urea ammonium nitrate solution ,urea ,and ammonium nitrate) topdressing on yield and quality of Chi‐nese cabbage under adequate phosphorus and potassium supply conditions .The results showed that N topdressing could increase Chinese cabbage yield by 70 .3%‐88 .6% ,but no significant differences were found between N forms .Deferent forms of N topdressing markedly influenced the quality indexes of Chi‐nese cabbage ,and it was different in quality indexes reacted to N forms .Urea ammonium nitrate solu‐tion topdressing could increase Vc and soluble sugar contents of Chinese cabbage leaves ,meanw hile , NO3-of leaves significantly increased .Ammonium nitrate topdressing could increase soluble protein con‐tent .N topdressing could improve the nutritional quality of Chinese cabbage ,and comprehensive evalua‐tion of fruit quality response to N forms ,urea was the best ,ammonium nitrate and urea ammonium ni‐trate solution followed .关键词
