摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the accident of water wall tube explosion causing by high-temperature corrosion happening in a boiler of power plant, By the methods of macroscopic inspection, metallographic analysis and sediment energy spectrum analysis, finds out the influence factors of high-temperature corrosion of water wall tubes corrosion, brings forward prevention measure. The application result shows that burner improvement and boiler combustion adjustment can control availably the the accident of water wall tube explosion and ensure the safe and steady operation of the boiler.
