Abstract
Aiming at the problems that pulverized coal sampler sample incorrectly, pulverized coal fineness has big differences than the actual, the sampling time is long, sampling seal pipe seals untightly and pollute the environment in Ningxia Jingneng Ningdong Power Plant, by analyzing and assessing puts forward technique improvement scheme that to change the original impingement pulverized coal sampler into flute- form pipe isokinetic pulverized coal sampling device. The application results show that the improvement schemes shorten the time of pulverized coal sampling, solve the problems of pulverized coal sampling differences and spray, guarantee the pulverized coal fineness of pulverizer is in the formulary range, reduce the pulverizer loss and the boiler heating surface abrasion, provide accurate basis data for operators to adjust the boiler combustion state.关键词
