摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of the high vibration amplitude and accompanied by low frequency vibration in X direction on No.1 bearing of a 300 MW turbine generator unit, by the spectrum analysis of vibration data in the process of the unit start-up and operation, combining with the fault mechanism and vibration phenomenon of low frequency vibration, finds out the fault cause, puts forward the improving measure of increasing the stability of No.1 bearing. The application result shows that after the improving measure actualized the vibration amplitudes of No.1 bearing are less than 70 μm and low frequency vibration components disappear in the process of the unit start up and load operation;the vibration data reach excellent level of national standard.关键词
