基于层次分析法的银行品牌营销策略研究
A Research Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process in Bank Brand Strategy
摘要
Abstract
The brand marketing strategy of a bank in Hanchuan City, Hubei province was analyzed by combine the method of SWOT analysis with hierarchical analysis. using factors in the SWOT study the advantages and disadvantages of service marketing of Hanchuan as well as opportunities and challenges in this context environment. Secondly,building computational models by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Sorting the impact of various factors for some bank service marketing in Hanchuan to obtain the most influence aspects of service marketing. Accord⁃ing to the analysis above,giving targeted recommendations and putting forward more specific ser⁃vice improvements strategies help some banks of Hanchuan to carry out more effective marketing services.关键词
