输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术在孤立肾肾结石中的应用（附21例报告）

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of solitary kidney calculi. Methods Clinical data of 21 cases of solitary kidney calculi treated with holmium laser lithotripsy between June 2011 and June 2015 were reviewed. And the success rate,the time of lithotripsy,the stone clearance rate and complications were analyzed. Results All cases were preoperatively indwelled ureteral stent tube for 5~7d,the success rate of 90. 48%(19/21),and after one month,the left 2 cases were once again indwelled ureteral stent tube. Average time was 65. 7min(37~145min),of which 2 cases were treated by stages. 3 months after surgery,the rate of KUB was 85. 71%(18/21). 1 cases of postoperative urinary sep-sis,and the left cases had no serious postoperative complications. Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy is an effective and safe method in the treatment of solitary kidney calculi,which is an ideal operation method for the treatment of solitary kidney calculi.关键词
