综合管理冠心病稳定期患者的效果评价
Effect Evaluation of Comprehensive Management of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in Stable Stage
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive management on improving the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease in stable stage. Methods 110 patients with definite diagnosis of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. The control group was given the traditional mode of man-agement, while the observation group was standardly carried out treatment guidance, index monitoring, regular follow-up, health education and other comprehensive management in accordance with the two level prevention standards. The prognosis was as-sessed. Results In the observation group, the cognitive level of risk factors of CHD, self-management scale score, and the risk factor control rate were significantly better than those in control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Comprehensive management of patients with stable coronary heart disease received good results, better than the traditional model management, which helped to strengthen the two level prevention of CHD and improve the prognosis, and was worthy of further clinical promotion.关键词
