摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical characteristics, treatment measures and prognosis of children with liver damage caused by anti tuberculosisdrugs. Methods Retrospective analysis of 847 cases of tuberculosis in our hospital. Results Liver damage occurs in 3 years of age,children with malnutrition and occurs in 7-15 days after treatment;Common clinical symp-toms were gastrointestinal reactions. Liver damage in children with clinical symptoms is more severe;The prognosis in children with the corresponding treatment after the liver damage is better. Conclusion For young,malnourished,suffering from severe tuberculo-sis in high-risk groups should develop a reasonable anti-TB programs, strengthen monitoring of liver function, and to the correct measures to deal with.关键词
