宫腔镜联合屈螺酮炔雌醇对于子宫内膜息肉治疗的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy surgery combined with drospirenoneethinyl estradi-ol for the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods 98 patients with endometrial polyps in the hospital from January 2013 to De-cember 2013 were equally divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group underwent hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps. Drospirenoneethinyl estradiol was given to patients in observation group after hysteroscopic resec-tion. Cumulative recurrence of endometrial polyps was observed in both groups after 3 months,6 months,12 months. And the cumu-lative incidence of intrauterine infection and intrauterine adhesion in the two groups was observed in 3d,one week and a half month after the operation. The incidence of postoperative complications and the recovery of the endometrium were also observed. Results The accumulated recurrence rate of endometrial polyps in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( =13. 56,P<0. 05). Patients in the observation group had a lower accumulated rate of intrauterine infection or adhesion than patients in the control group with statistical significance( =10. 30,P<0. 05). The incidence rate of postoperative bleeding and breast tenderness was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0. 05),and patients in the observation group also had thicker endometria 10d after operation(P<0. 05). The difference of successful postoperative pregnancy ratio(5 and 6 cases of in-fertility patients respectively in the control and observation group before surgery) and the incidence of excessive hydration syndrome and mood swing in the two groups did not show statistical significance ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion Hysteroscopy surgery combined with drospirenoneethinyl estradiol can significantly reduce postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyps,the incidence of intrauter-ine adhesion and infection. And this therapy is conducive to the recovery of endometria so as to reduce the incidence of postopera-tive complications like bleeding and breast tenderness.关键词
