摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical features and electroencephalogram( EEG) characteristics of Rasmussen encephalitis( encephalitis Rasmussen,RE) in children. Methods The clinical data of 8 children with RE were analyzed retrospec-tively. Results 8 cases of children with an average age of 7 years old and two months in this group were with partial or compre-hensive epilepsy repeated hair as a start,all of the progress of chronic progressive focal epileptic state( EPC) ,with progressive cog-nitive impairment,language dysfunction and hemiplegia. The background activity of VEEG was a slow wave activity in one hemi-sphere or bilateral various guided slow wave activity based on one side hemisphere. The onset interval of VEEG was mostly bilateral hemisphere or unilateral hemisphere dominated by bilateral spinal spikes,spike slow wave,and multiple spike slow wave discharge. Conclusions RE is a kind of epilepsy syndrome with characteristic clinical manifestation and EEG change. And to improve the understanding of the disease is helpful for the early diagnosis.关键词
