Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of wart + Imiquimod Cream liniment combined with local injection of interferon in the treatment of female genital warts .Methods:By convenience sampling method ,extrac‐tion of 120 cases of condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into experimental group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) .The trial group were treated with intralesional interferon ,1 times /week ,at the same time to Imiquimod Cream in thin coated wart liniment + wart ,day night medication 1 times ,until the wart disappeared ,lasted less than 16 weeks ,each medication 6 ~ 10h after cleaning the affected area .The control group only received CO2 laser treatment . Results :The results of the experimental group 51 cases were cured ,5 cases markedly effective ,2 cases invalid ,2 cases improved ,significantly better than the control group of 41 cases ,7 cases ,3 cases ,9 cases ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);the experimental group total recurrence rate was 10% ,control group total relapse rate was 56 . 67% ,there was statistical significant differences between the two groups (P<0 .05);experimental group of 21 patients with mild fever appeared in the use of interferon 6h ,were self limiting ,10 cases of local erythema ,erosion occurred in 7 cases ,the condition is not serious .The control group patients with postoperative wound infection occurred in 6 cases ,10 cases of patients with local scar after healing .Conclusion :The wart + Imiquimod Cream liniment combined with local in‐jection of interferon in the treatment of female genital warts ,the recurrence rate is low ,high safety .关键词
