益气复脉注射液治疗老年冠心病并发慢性心力衰竭30例
Clinical effect of Yiqi Fumai injection on chronic heart failure elder patients with coronary heart disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical effect of Yiqi Fumai Injection on chronic heart failure elder patients with coronary heart disease .Methods:A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and Yiqi Fumai group .On the basis of conventional therapy ,the Yiqi Fumai group was given continuous intravenous infusion of Yiqi Fumai Injection(5% GS 250ml+ Yiqi Fumai 5 .2g ,once a day ,for two weeks) .The changes of NYHA cardiac function classification ,NT‐proBNP value and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were improved in two groups ,and the change of Yiqi Fumai group was more significant than that of the control group(P < 0 .05) .Conclusion:Our results suggest that Yiqi Fumai Injection can improve the heart function of chronic heart failure elder patients with coronary heart disease .关键词
