清胰汤辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效和安全性

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect and safety of Qing‐yi soup on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis .Methods :90 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were divided into the treatment group and control group according to random number table method ,45 cases in each group ,patients in two groups were given conventional treat‐ment ,on this basis ,patients in the treatment group were given Qing‐yi soup ,compared the clinical curative effect be‐tween two groups 7d after treatment .Results :The total effective rate in treatment group was 97 .78% ,the control group was 80 .00% ,it was statistically significant difference (P<0 .05);The abdominal distension disappear time ,abdominal pain and gastrointestinal functional recovery time in treatment group was significantly shortened than that in control group (P<0 .05);The APACHE Ⅱscore and blood amylase after treatment in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment ,and the APACHE Ⅱ score and blood amylase after treatment in two treatment group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P<0 .05);There were no obvious adverse reaction occurred in two groups during treatment .Conclusion :The curative effect and safety of Qing‐yi soup on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is good ,it can quickly relieve symptoms ,and it is with good security .关键词
