中指微络放血治疗急性咽炎咽痛即时疗效分析
Analysis of the immediate curative effect of micro-exsanguination through middle finger in the treatment of acute pharyngitis and pharyngodynia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the immediate curative effect of micro‐exsanguination through middle fin‐ger in the treatment of acute pharyngitis and pharyngodyniatiny collaterals bloodletting from middle finger to the treat‐ment of acute pharyngitis sore throat .Methods:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups ,the treat‐ment group and the control group ,with 30 cases in each group .The 30 cases in the treatment group (n=30) were treated with micro‐exsanguination through middle fingergiven to tiny collaterals bloodletting from middle finger therapy ,while the 30cases in the control group gived ShaoShang Point bloodletting were treated with Shaoshang point pricking exsangui‐nation .1 minute after the treatment ,the visual analog scale(VAS) scoreand efficiency were Evaluation evaluated .after treatment1 minute Visual analog scale(VAS)and significant efficiency .Results :Before the treatment ,the differences in VAS scores of the two groups were treatment group (6 .12 ± 1 .23) ,and the control group(5 .98 ± 1 .42) ,the difference in VAS scores of the two groups no were not significant ;1 min after the treatment ,the differences in VAS scores for 1 min in the treatment group and the control group VAS respectively (2 .03 ± 1 .23) and (3 .86 ± 1 .63) ,the treatment in between the two groups after 1 minute differences in VAS scores were significant ,and the treatment group was better than the control group ;Tthe obvious curative rate in the treatment group significantly higher rate was 93 .3% (28/30) which ,was significantly better than that in the control group of 46 .7% (14/30) .Conclusion:Micro‐exsanguination through middle fingerthe middle finger tiny collaterals bloodletting therapy and ShaosShang Point exsanguination blood letting therapy all both can quickly relieve the symptoms of acute pharyngitis ,sore throat ,and and pharyngodynia .Mi‐cro‐exsanguination through middle finger and the middle finger tiny collaterals bloodletting therapy is better than Shaos‐hang point exsanguination ShaoShang Point bloodletting therapy .关键词
