足三里穴位注射新斯的明对脓毒症肠功能障碍的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect and its mechanism of Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine in treatment of intestinal dysfunction in sepsis .Methods :100 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,each of 50 cases .They were given Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine treat‐ment and conventional Western medical treatment .The indexes and criteria for grading of two groups were compared . Results :The patients in the treatment group in the ICU time was shorter than the control group;the case fatality rate (4% ) was lower than that of control group (16% ) ,the difference was significant statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Be‐fore and after the treatment of the indicators to improve the situation ,The treatment group was superior to the control group in the blood lactic acid level and abdominal pressure;after treatment ,SIRS score ,MODS score ,TCM syndrome score and intestinal dysfunction score were lower than those of the control group ,the difference was significant statistical‐ly significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Zusanli acupoint injection of neostigmine on the treatment of intestinal dysfunction in sepsis ,efficacy significantly to multiple roles ,conducive to promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function and prognosis .关键词
