摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe kidney‐reinforcing recipe on the thickness and histopathology of thin endome‐trium caused by Ischemic injury models in experimental rats .Methods:SD rats werer andomly divided into four groups , respectively blank control group ,model group ,western medicine group and Chinese medicine group .All groups were es‐tablished animal model of thin endometrium caused by Ischemic injury ,but blank control group .After established model , blank control group and model group were given intragastric administration normal saline .Western medicine group was given low‐dosage aspirine .Chinese medicine group was given .Gastric volume was 1ml/100g .all animals were put to death after 15days .Results:compared with blank control group ,the thickness of endometrium of model group was obvi‐ous atrophy thinning .The difference was significant .The endometrial thickness were increased both western medicine group and Chinese medicine group compared with model group ,the latter increased more significant .there was no differ‐ence with blank control group .Although showed obvious thickening trend in chinese medicine group ,but There was no statistically significant difference compared with western medicine group .It was observed that endometrium was thinn ing ,gland was fewer ,loosely arranged .The stoma was less dense and vascular distribution was sparse in microscope . The number of endometrial glands both western medicine group and Chinese medicine group compared with model group were significantly increased ,interstitial vascular distribution was density and Chinese traditional medicine group of endo‐metrial glands and stroma vascular development maturity was higher than western medicine group .Conclusion Endometri‐al Ischemic injury caused by temporary interrupting the ovary artery blood supply will lead to endometrial thickness thinning .Kidney‐reinforcing recipe can increase the thickness and form of thin endometrium and play a similar to low‐dose aspirin and a better effect .关键词
