益肾方对IgA肾病细胞因子表达的实验研究
The experimental study on the effects of cytokine expression of Yishen-Fang in IgAN rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of cytokine expression of Yishen‐Fang treatment in IgAN rats . Methods :40 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups ,10 for normal control group ,30 for model group .30 IgAN rats were randomly divided into 3 groups :Yishen‐Fang treatment group ,model group ,prednisone treatment group . There are 10 rats in each group .After Gavage for four weeks ,the blood was collected .The IL‐6 ,Leptin and PDGF val‐ues were measured by enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .Results :Compared with the model group ,the ex‐pression of IL‐6 ,Leptin and PDGF values decrease were shown in all drug treatment groups .Compared with the normal control group ,the values of IL‐6 ,Leptin and PDGF in each group were significantly increased(P<0 .05) .The expression of IL‐6 ,Leptin and PDGF in the Yishen‐Fang treatment group was significantly reduced when compared with the model group .Conclusion:Yishen‐Fang may treat the IgAN rats by reducing the expression of IL‐6 ,Leptin and PDGF .关键词
