Abstract
Wild animals and plants are an important part of the natural environment, wildlife resources conservation is also an important part of the ecological civilization construction. In the law enforcement activities of wild animals and plants, the most basic and urgent task is the identification of wild animals and plants, because identification result plays a vital role in decision the nature of case. By specializing in wildlife identification mechanism is just at the beginning stage, methods and standards of identification authentication institutions act as their own ways. The paper expounds the necessary of wild animals and plants identification standardization from the following aspects, such as the guidance of wildlife protection law enforcement forensics work, the need of building the rule of law, the identification work of nationwide wildlife identification agencies, and other similar aspects promote proceeding of standard of wild animals and plant species identification. Some corresponding advices are suggested in this paper: the standards of animal and plant species identification should include the laboratory standards of wildlife identification, the method standards of wild animals and plants identification, standard methods of wildlife sampling and transporting, the quality control standards of wild animals and plants identification.关键词
