Abstract
This article expounds the transformation of public hospital from the traditional personnel management to the modern human resources management, analyzes the problems existing in the current human resources construction of public hospital which lead to the lack of efficiency in manpower resource, as well as puts forward the improvement measures for the existing problems to play the role of the optimize allocation of human resources.关键词
