Abstract
Starting with the idea of 7S management and combining with the "first class" management proposed by modern power generation enterprises,this paper puts forward the measures on the methods, procedures and improvements and upgrading for the promotion of 7S management in operation team according to the characteristics of rotating shifts in the operation team, which provides a reference for the management of the operation team.关键词
