Optimal process of producing fumaric acid by Rhizopus oryzae based on intelligent visualization

Abstract
In order to enhance fumaric acid production by Rhizopus oryzae, we optimized the process of fermentation. ( NH4 ) 2 SO4 was found to be the best nitrogen source for fumaric acid production by comparing different nitrogen sources. After that, a novel visualization method was developed to further optimize the fermentation process for fumaric acid production based on uniform experiment. Glucose concentration,( NH4 ) 2 SO4 concentration,inoculums concentration and inoculums time were designated as the four factors in uniform experiment. Results were handled and predicted by the intelligent visualized optimal software, fumaric acid production was considered as the objective. Consequently, verified test revealed that the optimized condition for fumaric acid production was with glucose concentration 87. 5 g/L,(NH4)2SO4 concentration 0. 55 g/L,inoculums concentration 27. 5% and inoculums time at 12 h. Under this condition,fumaric production was 43. 8 g/L.Our findings provides a reference for the industrial production of fumaric acid by fermentation.关键词
