Optimization of erythritol production by Trichosporonoides oedocephalis TO3

Abstract
Using response surface methodology we optimized the medium for the production of erythritol by Trichosporonoides oedocephalis. The Box-Benhnken design was done after five single-factor experiments. Results were analysed by Design-Expert software with its quadratic regression analysis, and the optimal values of glucose,yeast extract,NaCl,KH2 PO4,MgSO4,initial pH,temperature and shaking speed were 200. 99 g/L,10. 10 g/L,0. 80 g/L,0. 72 g/L,0. 81 g/L,5. 0,30 ℃ and 200 r/min,respectively. Under the optimum conditions, erythritol concentration reached 73. 96 g/L in the culture broth after 120 h of cultivation.关键词
