Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application of detection of ANXA3mRNA and LivinmRNA in tissues in the diseases with the gallbladder carcinoma and the gallbladder polyps .Methods:The serum and clinical da‐ta in 35 cases of patients with gallbladder carcinoma (carcinoma group) and 34 cases of patients with gallbladder pol‐yps(polyps group)were collected ,used the real‐time fluorescent quantitative PCR (Real‐time‐PCR ,rt‐pcr) tech‐nology to detect the expression of tissue ANXA3 and Livin to observe the changes and the relationship with gallblad‐der diseases for of the two markers .Results :In the carcinoma group the expression of tissue ANXA3 and Livin re‐spectively with comparision to those in the controls were significantly higher ,the differences had statistical signifi‐cance (P<0 .01) ,and the expression of ANXA3mRNA and LivinmRNA were positively correlated in the carcinoma group(r=0 .617 ,P<0 .01) ,which respectively were relevant with the levels of serum CEA and CA19‐9 and CA50 (r=0 .627 ,0 .593 ,0 .607 ,P<0 .01) ,(r=0 .643 ,0 .610 ,0 .623 , P< 0 .01) .Conclution:Testing the expression of ANXA3 and Livin in tissues can help the gallbladder carcinoma and the gallbladder polyps disease in the early differ‐ential diagnosis.关键词
