高岭土梯度磁分离除铁的研究
Study on Deferrization of Kaoline Using the Gradient Magnetic Separation
摘要
Abstract
The deferrization experiment was carried out using the classification of sedimentation and gradient magnetic sepa-ration for improvement of whiteness of Kaoline.The result shows that the iron content of Kaoline is 0.90%,and the white-ness of Kaoline is 63% after deferrization by the rare earth permanent magnet gradient separation.The iron removal rate of the experimental high gradient magnetic separator is 29.69%.Compared with whiteness of kaolin raw material,the white-ness increases nearly 7%.In order to further reduce the iron content of kaolin products,the method of chemical bleaching deferrization can be considered.关键词
