温阳活血法治疗HBV相关性肝衰竭的临床疗效分析
Analysis on the clinical curative effect of Wenyang Huoxue activation therapy in treating HBV related liver failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To analyze the clinical curative effect of Wenyang Huoxue activation therapy in treating HBV related liver failure, and to explore its further action mechanism. [Methods] Patients diagnosed as viral hepatitis, hepatitis B, slow and subacute or chronic liver failure were selected from our hospital, randomly divided into combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine group as well as Western medicine group, and the combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were treated on the basis of Western medicine comprehensive treatment combined Chinese medicine which used Wenyang Huoxue method as the main treatment, to observe the biochemical indicators and clinical symptoms of patients with integral and efficient. [Results] The ALT, AST and TBA were decreased significantly after treatment in the group. The ALB and PTA were higher than the levels before treatment. The 4 and 8 weeks after treatment, the patients’serum TBIL level of combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was lower than Western medicine group, and the comparison between the two groups showed that 8 weeks’difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The symptoms points of patients were fall after treatment and the difference between two groups of 4 weeks and 8 weeks were statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparison of inefficient and efficient rate in two groups, the difference was statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The therapy of Wenyang Huoxue is one of the effective, feasible and reliable methods in treating HBV liver failure.关键词
