参附注射液对心血管疾病的临床及药理学研究进展
Recent advances of clinical and pharmacological studies for Shenfu injection on cardiovascular disease
摘要
Abstract
Shenfu injection is used since 1987. The injection which originated from Ji Sheng Fang has been used nearly 30 years for clinic and received satisfied results. Now it is widely applied in heart failure, ischemia-reperfusion injury, arrhythmia, shock, myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, scholars had fully investigated on pharmacological effects of Shenfu injection. They found that it can increase coronary blood flow, protect myocardium, antiarrhythmia, antishock and improve blood rheology. It also makes other cardiac functions better as well. This paper will review that clinical application and pharmacological research status of Shenfu injection on cardiovascular diseases at present.关键词
