Abstract
In the Internet +Era, reading content shows quantitative , cracked characteristics , and reading purpose shows practi-cal, joyful characteristics , and reading behavior shows significant , interactive characteristics .Chinese classics are so dense and meaningful that average readers become specially depressed .They just want to give up reading .In the internet +era, science and engineering colleges to carry out Chinese traditional education means both opportunity and challenge .Science and engineering colle-ges should give new media proper positioning .They should pay more attention to Chinese traditional education and take more care of discipline construction about Chinese traditional education .They should strengthen their library construction .They should carry out a lot of recreational activity to create a good cultural atmosphere and a good cultural atmosphere is very helpful for them to promote their Chinese traditional education .关键词
