卓越中学音乐教师职前培养机制研究与实践
Empirical Research on Pre-service Cultivation Mechanism for Excellent Music Teachers in Middle School
摘要
Abstract
Recently the increasing attention has been paid to pre-service cultivation on excellent teachers , and the Ministry of Education regulates the categories according to the related document , “On Implementing the Project of Cultivation on Excellent Teachers”.Guided by the document , pre-service cultivation on excellent music teachers in middle school is carried out in respect of the following four aspects , to set specific goals in order to conform to the requirements of employers , to run and strengthen the exper-imental class equipped with top teachers and selected students , to explore a new kind of teaching mechanism by breaking the present mode of independent teaching and to innovate the modular teacher education curriculum system .Cultivation on excellent teachers is a long-term project, which requires normal colleges and work units to cooperate with each other regarding pre -service cultivation and continuing education .关键词
