白塞氏病并发静脉窦血栓22例病例分析
Analysis of Behcet’ s disease complicated with venous sinus thrombosis in 22 cases

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical features of Behcet’ s disease (BD) complicated with venous sinus thrombosis,and investigate the diagnostic clues and treatment strategies.Methods In this work,we investigated a case of Behcet’s disease complicated with venous sinus thrombosis admitted to our department and 21 cases in previous reports. The clinical features were summarized in order to seek the diagnostic clues and compare the treatment plans at present.Re-sults We found that most of the patients were male,which manifesting headache,bilateral papilledema.The sexual specific systemic symptom was genital ulcer,and nervous involvement could be the primary symptom of Behcet’s disease.Superior sagittal sinus was the most affected,and intracranial pressure (ICP) were usually increased.C reactive protein (CRP) hads an implication for thrombus formation,but the specificity was poor.No specific indicator for coagulation index was found.Treatment with steroid alone or combined with either or both anticoagulants and immunosuppressors improved the clinical symptoms.Conclusion Behcet’s disease should be considered in case of young men with chronic or subacute on-set of venous sinus thrombosis.If patients,especially male patients associated with genital ulcer,which were confirmed with BD develop non-specific neurological symptoms,such as headache,venous sinus thrombosis formation should be considered. Skin biopsy and pathergy reaction may assist the diagnosis of BD in case of patients without systemic symptoms or anamne-sis.Current treatment with steroid alone,or combined with anticoagulation and immunosuppressive agents in one or two,can improve the clinical symptoms.关键词
