Abstract
Objective To summarize the experiences of the diagnosis and treatment of accessory axillary breast.Methods From January 2008 to January 2014,we treat 79 cases(158 sides) of accessory axillary breast,48 sides with no premenstrual pain or mammary glands in B-ultrasound taken liposuction,and the others 110 sides taken micro-incision resection. Results There were no severe complication occurred,2 sides of liposuction and 2 sides of micro-incision recurrenced.Conclusions Micro-incision resection and liposuction are safe and effective methods for the treatment of accessory breast,different process should be taken depending on the amount of mammary glands.关键词
