改良片段弓技术压低上前牙对深覆牙合矫治效果的临床观察
Effects of intrusive anterior teeth in overbite patients by improved segment arch
摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the clinical effect of intrusive anterior teeth in overbite patients by improved segment arch. Methods Select 15 patients with overbite of anterior teeth, they all treated by fixed orthodontic appliance and improved segment arch. Measure the changes of anterior and posterior teeth through the cephalometric and clinical examination.Results The anterior teeth were intruded vertically, and the posterior teeth change litter in vertically and horizontally. When the initial loading force of improved segment arch was 50g, it can achieve appropriate intrusion of anterior teeth.Conclusion Under an appropriate intrusive force,improved segment arch can effectively intrude incisors and control the extrusion of posterior teeth. It can be used to correct the deep overbite, especially with high mandibular planes,gummy smile or adult patients.关键词
