Abstract
Objective Exploring the long-term effect of Z350 nano composite resin by this experiment, and to provide the basis for the clinical choice of the right anterior teeth repair resin material.Methods Choosing 86 patients requirements cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth in Xinjiang Medical University First Afifliated Hospital, from December 2014 to May 2015 as the research object, according to the random number table method for (Z350 nano composite resin) in the experimental group (n = 43) and control group (TPH resin) of 43 cases for cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth, repair after 3 months, 6 months and 12 months follow-up compared clinical and patients to repairing effect satisfaction. ResultsIn the clinical efifcacy, repair after 3 months, 6 months and 12 months follow-up compared clinical and patients on the repair effect satisfaction degree in the scoring criteria were higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion Z350 nano composite resin and traditional TPH resin in front of the anterior teeth beauty aspects compared not only beautiful degree more high, with a higher patient satisfaction, more important is in the long-term effect is better than that of TPH resin. In clinical application has great advantages.关键词
