Effect of low energy Q-Switch Nd:YAG laser combined with collagen dressing in treatment of facial acne vulgaris
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of low energy Q-Switch Nd:YAG laser combined with collagen dressing in the treatment of facial acne vulgaris.Methods 98 acne vulgaris patients through haif face contrast observation: the treatment group on the left side of the face with eliminating acne lesion ifrst, then with low energy Q-Switch Nd :YAG laser combined of collagen dressing; the control group on the right side of the face with low energy Q-Switch Nd:YAG laser combined of collagen dressing.Once two weeks, six times for one course.Two groups of patients underwent a course of Q-Switch Nd:YAG laser. Results The effective rate of treatment group (90.82%) was signiifcantly higher than control group (71.43%), the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.01), two groups of patients use collagen dressing after the laser treatment,can obviously relieve patients' burning and dry sensitive of skin.Conclusion It is efifcacy to trerapy of facial acne by low energy Q-Switch Nd:YAG laser combinaed with collagen dressing, and the low incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
