无创性预测肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床探究
Clinical study on non invasive prediction of esophageal varices bleeding in patients with cirrhosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between color doppler ultrasound determination of cirrhosis and esophagus varicotomy rupture and bleeding caused by portal hypertension.Methods:62 patients with portal hypertension were selected as the case group,and 30 healthy people as the control group,then we measured the differences in internal diameter,speed and flow rate of portal vein and left gastric vein in patients with cirrhosis between the bleeding group and the non bleeding group,by using color doppler ultrasound.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the blood flow parameters of PV and LGV were significantly different(P<0.01).The blood direction of left gastric vein in the hemorrhage group was significantly increased when compared with the normal control group.Conclusion:Blood flow parameters of PV and LGV measured by color doppler ultrasonography can provide valuable reference data for clinical prediction of esophageal varices bleeding.关键词
