摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the difference of cell ratio in the S stage and ploidy expression between three negative breast cancer and non three negative breast cancer.Methods:The expression of SPF and ploidy in 135 cases were detected by flow cytometry.Results:The expression of SPF in 19 cases of three negative breast cancer was(9.32±4.89);while in 116 cases of non three negative breast cancer was(5.65±4.14),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:High expression of SPF has a significant correlation with age and clinical stage,however,it has no correlation with lymph node metastasis and tumor size.关键词
