Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the adverse reactions and injection time caused by calcium gluconate sodium chloride injection and calcium gluconate injection.Methods:240 patients treated by calcium glucose were selected.They were divided into 3 groups. The A group added 10 mL of 10% calcium gluconate to 10 mL 10% glucose injection for dilution,to give patients intravenous bolus,within 20 minutes of injection.The B group added 10 mL of 10% calcium gluconate to 10O mL 10% glucose injection for dilution,intravenously administered to patients,25~35 gtt/min,and time was more than 30 min.The C group was given intravenous infusion of calcium gluconate and sodium chloride injection,25~35 gtt/min,and time was more than 30 min.The incidence of adverse reactions and the time of infusion in the 3 groups were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the group C was the lowest(P<0.05);compared with the group B,the injection time of the group C was significantly lower(P<0.05). Conclusion:The adverse effects of calcium gluconate sodium chloride injection treatment were lower,and the infusion time was significantly lower.关键词
