Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of biomaterial wound surface dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of patients with traumatic osteomyelitis and its impact on the wound bacterial distribution.Methods:114 patients with traumatic osteomyelitis were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with routine dressing change.The study group was treated with biological material wound dressing combined with closed negative pressure drainage.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and the distribution of bacteria in the wound surface were studied.Results:The wound healing time,antibiotic use time and dressing change times of the study group were significantly less than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).29 cases of bacterial culture(-),85 cases of bacterial culture(+),the most common gram positive bacteria was staphylococcus aureus with 29(20.15%)strains,the most common of the negative bacteria was Bauman's Acinetobacter with 19(13.19%)strains.Conclusion:The clinical effect of biological material wound dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis is excellent,and the distribution of bacteria in the wound surface is of great significance for the rational use of antibiotics.关键词
