经皮穿刺椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of nucleus pulposus excision under percutaneous endoscopic lumbar puncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:40 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were given nucleus pulposus excision under percutaneous endoscopic lumbar puncture.The average operation time,average blood loss,average ambulation time and the average hospitalization time were observed.The VAS scores before treatment and 1 week,1 month and 3 months after treatment were compared.Results:The average operation time,average blood loss,average ambulation time and the average hospitalization time of patients were satisfactory.The VAS scores of 1 week,1 month and 3 months after treatment were better than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nucleus pulposus excision under percutaneous endoscopic lumbar puncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a high curative effect.关键词
