摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of insulin glargine and acarbose in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods:63 elderly patients with diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group received glimepiride and acarbose treatment.The observation group was treated with insulin glargine and acarbose treatment.We observed the FPG,FCP,2 h PG,2 h CP,HbAlc and hypoglycemia incidence rate of the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After treatment,the FPG,2 h PG,HbAlc of the observation group were lower than the control group;FCP,2 h CP were higher than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of insulin glargine and acarbose in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes is exact and safe.关键词
