The clinical effect of minimally invasive technique in the treatment of patients with limbs fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive technique in the treatment of patients with limbs fracture. Methods:We analyzed the clinical data of 119 patients with limb fractures retrospectively.They were divided into the A and B groups according to the mode of operation,and they were given the minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis and the traditional internal fixation treatment respectively.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The operation time,blood loss and length of stay of the A group were significantly lower than those of the B group,and the effective rate was 95.38% of the A group, which was significantly higher than that of the B group.Conclusion:The treatment effect of the minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis for patients with limbs fracture is ideal.It is worth to continue to promote the use.关键词
