Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of gastroscope intervention treatment for peptic ulcer hemorrhage.Methods:134 patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage were selected.They were random divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was given gastroscope intervention treatment.The control group was given conventional conservative treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total efficiency,fecal occult blood clearance time and bowel sounds recovery normal time,rebleeding rate,blood transfusion and hospitalization time were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of gastroscope intervention treatment for peptic ulcer hemorrhage was significant.关键词
