摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the advantage of double and single row fixation in the treatment of rotator cuff tear.Methods:20 patients with rotator cuff tear were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The A group using single row fixation technique,while the B group was treated with double row fixation technology.We compared the clinical effects of two treatments at 6 months of follow-up.Results:The scores of flexion range,abduction of the shoulder joint,shoulder internal rotation were compared in the patients of the Group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of double row fixation in the treatment of rotator cuff tear is significant.关键词
