PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折40例疗效分析
Analysis of the effect of PFNA in the treatment of 40 cases with femoral intertrochanteric fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of proximal femoral nail anti rotation intramedullary nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:40 cases with intertrochanteric fracture of femur whom treated with PFNA were selected.Then they were followed up to observe the fracture healing and hip function of patients.Results:All of the patients obtained bone healing, the hip function with good recovery,without deep vein thrombosis,fat embolism,hip inversion,spiral blade cutting the femoral head and broken nails and other complications.Conclusion:PFNA in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures has advantages such as fixation,minimally invasive,less bleeding,fewer complications,shorter healing time,and patients can get out of bed early and so on.关键词
