Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of metronidazole combined with estriol in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods:100 senile patients with vaginitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with metronidazole.The observation group added estriol ointment on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the scores of vaginal elasticity,moisture and secretions were higher,and the vaginal pH and the inflammatory symptom scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the cure rate and the total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of metronidazole combined with estriol in the treatment of senile vaginitis was significant.关键词
