Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of sufentanil on hemodynamics in elderly patients during general anesthesia induction.Methods:50 cases of elderly patients with general anesthesia were divided into two groups randomly,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was given sufentanil,and the control group was given fentanyl.The heart rate,mean arterial pressure,cardiac output,cardiac index of the two groups at various points in time were compared.Results:The HR,MAP,CO,CI of the observation group at T1,T2,T3,T4,T5 time points were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HR of the observation group at T4,T5 time points were higher than that at T1 time point,which at the T3 time point was higher than that at T4,T5 time points (P<0.05).The MAP of the observation group at T3,T4,T5 time points were higher than that at T2 time point (P<0.05).The CO,CI of the observation group at T5 time point were significantly higher than that at T1 time point,which at the T3 time point was significantly higher than that at T2 time point (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sufentanil in elderly patients during general anesthesia induction could maintain the stability of the circulatory system better and had no effect on hemodynamics.关键词
