Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic pregnancy lesion removal combined with bilateral uterine artery occlusion in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy.Methods:118 cases of scar pregnancy after cesarean section were selected. They were divided into the two groups. The laparoscopic group was treated with laparoscopic pregnancy lesion removal combined with bilateral uterine artery occlusion, while the open group underwent open surgery. We analyzed the preoperative general condition, operation time, average length of stay, intraoperative blood loss, complications, and postoperative recovery of each patient. Results:Compared with the open group, the laparoscopic group had shorter operation time, less blood loss, shorter average hospital stay, less vaginal bleeding time, and higher intrauterine pregnancy rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic pregnancy lesion removal combined with bilateral uterine artery occlusion can remove the lesion, retain the uterus, reduce bleeding, which is an effective and economical method for treatment of uterine scar pregnancy.关键词
