摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect and complications of small incision closed reduction and locking plate in the treatment of tibial fractures.Methods:68 patients with tibial fractures were selected.All patients were treated with limited open reduction and internal fixation of locking plate.Results:The incision range was 3~5 cm in all patients,and mean 4 cm limited open reduction.68 cases were followed up for an average of 14 months,and all the fractures were healed.There was no secondary bone compartment syndrome,infection,plate fracture and so on.Conclusion:Limited open reduction and locking plate fixation com-bined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine for set a broken bone in the treatment of tibial fracture has high healing rate, less complications,which can meet the needs of early activities.It is one of the ideal methods for the treatment of tibial fractures.关键词
